About TCM Secret

Who I am

👉 Welcome to TCM Daily Secret. I am the lead researcher and content creator here, dedicated to bridging the gap between ancient Eastern wisdom and the complexities of modern health.

My work focuses on the intersection of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Saju (Korean Astrology), providing a unique lens through which we can understand our individual constitutions.

With a Ph.D. and years of clinical experience, as an "insight architect" I  founded Naum Acupuncture and the Saju-TCM constitution online clinic to bridge the gap between ancient wisdom and modern wellness.

By integrating TCM clinical observations with the predictive power of Birth Chart/Saju, I provide my clients with a definitive roadmap for long-term vitality and harmony. To understand your elemental path, I begin with the Birth Qi  assessment--a deep dive into your unique TCM constitution and Saju alignment.

Ready to map your own elemental blueprint? Get your personalized Saju--TCM Constitutional Assessment here.

🌿My Mission

I believe that health is not a "one size fits all" formula. By understanding the elemental balance of our bodies—the Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—we can move beyond simply treating symptoms and begin addressing the root causes of our physical and emotional imbalances.

What You’ll Find Here

  • Constitutional Case Studies: Real-world explorations of how elemental imbalances manifest in long-term health.

  • Practical TCM Protocols: Daily habits, from dietary changes to acupressure points, designed for modern lifestyles.

  • Saju & Health: Insights into how your "astrological blueprint" can serve as a roadmap for preventative care

For clinical inquiries, consultations at my Pararmus, NJ clinic, or collaboration requests, you can reach me directly via the contact form on my blog.
